1. Eligibility for Return

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Perishable items like fresh aloe vera leaves, pulp, Plant, Leaf are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

• Contact our customer support with order details and reason for return.

• Once approved, ship the item back to our return address (at your cost unless the item was defective).

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
